Under some circumstances when you are renewing your Driver’s Licence, the Roads and Maritimes Services may issue you with a Medical Report Form for our doctors to complete. This form ensures that you are suitable to hold a NSW Driver’s Licence either with or without restrictions. Please advise our receptionists when making this type of appointment, or if booking using HealthEngine, please select ½ hour appointment. This will ensure sufficient time for all relevant testing, completion of the form and questions you may have.
